Heavy Hand made hammered sterling silver twisted knot pendant. One single tapered sterling silver bar twisted into a knot like shape with circle at the bottom that has a Chisled grove twist.  The bail consists of a soldered heavy guage hammered sterling silver in a uneven roval shape  (inbetween round and oval ) that matches the pendant.
